Teflon™ Beaker Liners

Thermoformed Teflon™ Beaker liners range in size from 3.5 mL to 1000 mL, and are an excellent choice for gravimetric analysis or any laboratory application that requires inertness, chemical resistance, and temperature resistance.

That’s why we make Fluorolab’s FEP Beaker Liners from high performance Teflon™ fluoroplastic FEP instead of polystyrene or glass like other labware. Consequently, using our beaker liners is the best way to prevent material performance from sabotaging the results of your hard work.

Teflon™ Petri Dish Liners

Heat sealing thin high-performance films into a wide array of lay-flat and three-dimensional configurations.

At Fluorolab we understand that results are what matters most. That’s why we make Fluorolab’s FEP Petri Dish Liners from high performance Teflon™ FEP fluoroplastic instead of polystyrene or glass-like petri dishes.

Fluorolab’s Petri Dish Liners offer many advantages like:

• Extremely inert therefore they will not contaminate culture cells such as bacteria or mosses
• They are easy to sterilize
• They do not break like glass

Our petri dish liners are available in three sizes; 50mm, 90mm and 140mm. All of our petri dish liners come packaged inside polystyrene petri dishes to help protect them during shipping. Once you receive your liners, you can continue to use them in the packaging dish as a liner or remove your liners from the packaging dishes to use them as a stand-alone dish.

Teflon™ Funnels

These engineered Funnels made with Teflon™ FEP & PFA film come in three styles: Standard, Powder, and Micro.

Fluorolab’s PFA Funnels are highly inert and chemically resistant because they are made with Teflon™ PFA fluoroplastic. They are available in multiple sizes ranging from 15mL to 450mL so chances are there is a size that will work for your application. They are available in two unique stem styles. Our powder funnel has a straight stem which is optimized for pouring powders, while our standard funnel has a tapered stem which is optimized for pouring liquids. Please note our 15mL micro funnel is only available in the standard stem.
